What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely but do not hang too loosely as you don't want to snag them on the equipment.
Do I need special footwear?
No. Barefoot or grip socks if you prefer. Equipment is always wiped down after each use.
How long are the classes?
All classes are 50 minutes in length.
How do I know what classes to chose?
Each class has a written description explaining the theme and what level of fitness is recommended. One on one sessions can be booked to provide orientation to the Reformer. Please contact me directly to make arrangements.
