Tone and sculpt session focusing on major muscle groups using a variety of resistance methods. Enjoy a creative format that will fire up muscles, lubricate joints, and get your heart pumping. This class delivers no-impact moves that keep your body challenged from beginning to end. Class format will include a warm up, muscle-core-heart conditioning moves and finish with a cool down component.

24 hour cancellation policy. Insufficient notice will result in forfeiture of your session/payment.
