A spring-free reformer Pilates class that challenges your core like never before. Demanding deep core engagement and total-body stability to control the carriage. Class is for intermediates looking to build foundational strength and master mindful movement.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notification is required for cancellations. Insufficient notice & "no shows" will result in forfeiture of your session and/or payment. You can reschedule up to 12 hours prior to your booking, however if you can't make a class due to severe weather conditions please try to reschedule to avoid forfeiting your session or message me directly.
