Service Description

This class takes your Reformer training up a notch with more depth, challenge and a comprehensive approach to the Classical repertoire. Increased intensity, compound movements & sequences along with the use of the Pilates circle & fitness ball.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notification is required for cancellations. Insufficient notice & "no shows" will result in forfeiture of your session and/or payment. You can reschedule up to 12 hours prior to your booking, however if you can't make a class due to severe weather conditions please try to reschedule to avoid forfeiting your session or message me directly.
