Service Description

Just like its sounds. Traditional Pilates Reformer exercises with emphasis on form and technique. Excellent for participants who are new to Reformer training and for those who really understand the value of the essential repertoire.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notification is required for cancellations. Insufficient notice & "no shows" will result in forfeiture of your session and/or payment. You can reschedule up to 12 hours prior to your booking, however if you can't make a class due to severe weather conditions please try to reschedule to avoid forfeiting your session or message me directly.
