Service Description

If you're new to Reformer training or simply enjoy a predictable routine this is the class for you. Essential moves are taught and proper technique is reinforced with supervision & guidance. You will get a complete head to toe workout.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notification is required for cancellations. Insufficient notice & "no shows" will result in forfeiture of your session and/or payment. You can reschedule up to 12 hours prior to your booking, however if you can't make a class due to severe weather conditions please try to reschedule to avoid forfeiting your session or message me directly.
