Gentle and thorough yoga class. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Stretch and strengthen with an eclectic blend of yoga poses.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notification is required for cancellations. Insufficient notice & "no shows" will result in forfeiture of your session and/or payment. You can reschedule up to 12 hours prior to your booking, however if you can't make a class due to severe weather conditions please try to reschedule to avoid forfeiting your session or message me directly.
